COVID-19 Information

For our Customers, Community, Employees, and Visitors

Our Customers

We have been monitoring the COVID-19 developments, please know that the ShoreLand’r and ShoreStation network are here and ready to assist you, whether it’s concerning service, parts, or warranty.

We encourage all customers to use our dealer locator to find their nearest dealer to acquire parts, warranty support, and service; you are best served with the dealer that sold you your equipment. If you bought used equipment and don't know who your closest dealer is, use our dealer locator at www.shorelandr.com or www.shorestation.com. We do not sell parts from our factory. For warranty and service, please use our dealer locator to locate a servicing dealer.

If the COVID-19 situation requires more adjustments, we will post updates on our website and Facebook page.

Our Visitors

To protect the health of everyone at our sites, given the coronavirus outbreak's continued spread, we will now require additional screening of all visitors prior to entry into Midwest Industries, Inc. facilities and events. Any visitors should call first before visiting our facilities.

Supporting The Fight Against COVID-19

Our parent company, Midwest Industries, is working to increase the production of sewn face masks to support the growing fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.

Midwest Industries plans to make more than 500 sewn masks with 150 being sewn the first day. We have reworked our sewing room where we usually sew our ShoreStation Boat Lift Canopies to now sew masks. We are using our cutting table to automatically cut the fabric. We will be donating them to keep our local medical staff & responders safe. KTIV News 4 shared our story!

We will continue to explore ways to help in this time of crisis.
